tasks

• you prepare import, export and transit declarations
• additionally, you classify goods and check the quotas
• you communicate with customers, freight forwarders as well as customs authorities
• the processing of customs objections and general customs administration also belongs to your responsible area of responsibility
• the workload can, depending on preference, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• further training as a customs specialist or freight forwarding agent is important
• customs clearance experience in import and export is also important
• foreign languages are an advantage, but not a requirement
• do you also describe yourself as assertive, interested and conscientious?
