YOUR TASKS

• You lead and develop your OR team professionally and personally, with a high degree of autonomy, strengthen individual competencies, and maintain an appreciative feedback culture
• You also work in OR operations (instrumentation, assistance, positioning), are responsible for proactive personnel deployment planning, and ensure high productivity
• You actively participate in budget planning, recruitment, and projects, act as a connecting interface between the team and management, ensure first-class, customer-oriented patient care, and are responsible for complete, correct service recording and documentation
• You coordinate OR operations efficiently -- from OT activities to thoughtful slot planning, rental materials, material orders, and device coordination, thereby ensuring smooth processes
• You drive quality and process optimizations, evaluate new materials and devices together with partner physicians, and always keep economic efficiency in mind

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree as Dipl. Fachfrau/Fachmann Operationstechnik HF
• Leadership experience as well as training or further education in the field of management and leadership are welcome but not a requirement. However, you are willing to complete such training
• Ideally, you have experience in the field of outpatient surgery or in an outpatient setting
• As a leader, you bring a high sense of responsibility and lead your team with clarity and good communication at eye level
• You act with an entrepreneurial mindset: recognizing opportunities, optimizing processes, using resources purposefully
