We are looking for a dynamic personality for the position of Medical Science Liaison Manager in oncology, acting as a regional contact person. Your main task is to build and maintain sustainable relationships with external experts, scientific opinion leaders, and institutions in order to exchange and discuss evidence-based medical and scientific information about our oncology portfolio. In addition, in close coordination with the national and global teams, you will develop a regional medical strategy to support Fabre's products in the areas of development, market access, and correct application. Your tasks Building, intensifying, and optimizing contacts with selected scientific and/or therapeutic key centers and their opinion leaders Continuous market monitoring, gathering strategically relevant scientific information, and proactively sharing insights into the relevant areas of the company (Medical Affairs, Medical Knowledge, Market Access, Marketing) Planning, organizing, and conducting regional scientific symposia, Advisory Boards, and continuing education events for professional audiences Development and implementation of indication-specific projects and materials Contributing to the analysis of patient needs and the implementation of patient-centered measures Conducting internal training and creating training materials Reviewing promotional materials in the context of pharma compliance Supporting the field force optionally on-site in the execution of events and individual presentations Active and passive participation in major national and international congresses Your profile Completed studies in medicine, pharmacy, or natural sciences; ideally a doctorate At least 3 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a comparable activity, preferably in the area of Medical Affairs - Oncology Sound knowledge of the scientific background and the data situation of Fabre's oncological products, with a focus on colorectal carcinoma, lung carcinoma, and malignant melanoma Excellent scientific competence, also in dialogue with opinion leaders Excellent presentation and communication skills – on- & offline High agility and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation Experience in dealing with AI-based platforms Knowledge of the digital environment and omnichannel communication High willingness to travel, driving license class B Very good German and English skills; French and Italian skills are an advantage Benefits A stimulating and varied activity in an innovative company.
