YOUR TASKS

• Professional care and support of patients
• Needs- and customer-oriented care and support of patients according to the nursing process in cooperation with our partner doctors as well as an interprofessional team.
• Implementation of medical prescriptions and participation in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures
• High level of autonomy and responsibility in clinical decision-making and the measures to be initiated

YOUR PROFILE

• Training as a certified nursing professional HF/ FH or similar training
• Professional experience in an acute care hospital desirable
• Good German skills in speaking and writing (B2 certificate)
• Teamwork and enthusiasm for the nursing profession are your core competencies
