Your tasks ###

• Supervise, motivate and coordinate a team on site
• Plan and organize daily activities in collaboration with the site manager
• Guarantee compliance with deadlines, costs and the quality of the work
• Apply and strictly enforce safety standards
• Ensure work monitoring (progress, daily reports)

Your profile ###

• Training in civil engineering or equivalent (CFC mason, road builder or similar training)
• Proven experience in underground works or tunnel construction
• Successful experience as a team leader
• Good knowledge of construction methods (NATM, support, etc.)
• Sense of responsibility, leadership and team spirit
