The work is varied and challenging. Your daily challenges. You- ### • manage the clients' accounts (including tax returns). • record and maintain data in the case system (including financial circumstances). • review, apply for, and coordinate claims from third parties (e.g. health insurance, SVA, etc.). • correspond with authorities, offices, social insurance agencies, and involved third parties. • process new mandates and are responsible for accounting as well as counter and telephone service.
