As a legal counsel, you will actively assist and advise professional curators in their main mission, which is to protect the interests of adults and minors when they are in difficulty and in need of help. You thus contribute to the prospect of a dignified and autonomous life for all, thereby participating in social justice. Responsibilities ## • Assistance and advice on legal matters to professional curators in all fields of law. • Management of inheritance files and real estate sales of beneficiaries. • Analysis of particular legal situations and appearances before judicial authorities. • Contribution to the creation of the service's legal reference framework and to the continuous legal training of professional curators. • Travel for legal clinics at the various regional sites of the service. • Participation in continuous training useful for maintaining professional skills. Qualifications ## • Master in law • 5 years of professional experience in the legal field or with a judicial authority. • In-depth knowledge of adult and child protection law as well as social insurance. • Knowledge of inheritance law and real estate sales. • Skills in corporate law and mastery of Italian, an asset. • Legal rigor and sense of organization. • Excellent oral and written expression skills. • Autonomy, stress resistance, sense of responsibility and priorities. • Open-mindedness, listening skills, flexibility, great capacity for adaptation. • The communication of any judicial records as well as an extract from the Office des poursuites is required for this position.
