YOUR TASKS • Technical and organizational management of the genetics laboratory • Responsibility for genetic diagnostics as well as evaluation, interpretation, and reporting of genetic analyses • Further development and optimization of the quality management system (QMS) as well as ensuring high quality standards • Methodical further development and expansion of the diagnostic analysis portfolio • Cooperation with specialist doctors, authorities, as well as internal and external contact persons • Technical and personnel leadership as well as promotion and development of the laboratory team <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Completed studies with a doctorate in biology or medicine • Completed FAMH training in the field of medical genetics with at least 5 years of professional experience • Profound knowledge in Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS), Genomics, and bioinformatics • Broad specialist knowledge with profound oncogenetics knowledge • Very good German and English skills; French skills are an advantage • Analytical, structured, and entrepreneurial way of thinking as well as high initiative <br /> In a dynamic and innovative environment, we offer you a challenging position without weekend or night shifts in the largest private hospital group in Switzerland.
