Do you want to make more impact in the cardiac catheterization laboratory? As deputy head, you remain close to practice, strengthen your team, and take on leadership responsibility. Together with the department management, you design safe processes and further develop our HKL.

YOUR TASKS

• You support the department management and take over the operative team leadership in their absence
• You coordinate daily operations, personnel deployment, and the examination program, also taking short-term changes into account
• You accompany new employees, promote their development, and strengthen an open feedback culture
• You help develop standards and processes and participate in projects as well as the introduction of new procedures
• You look after patients and assist with examinations and interventions

YOUR PROFILE

• You are a dipl. nursing professional with experience in the HKL
• Initial leadership experience as well as further training in the field of leadership are a big plus
• You are an empathetic, committed personality with enjoyment of responsibility
• You organize proactively, maintain an overview even in demanding situations, and enjoy working interdisciplinary
