Employee Check-in (patient, emergency admission, reception) 60-100% Your mission You receive patients and visitors in a friendly and competent manner – on-site and on the phone You coordinate admissions (planned and emergencies) and maintain an overview even in hectic situations You record and maintain patient master data carefully and reliably You clarify insurance questions and support administrative concerns You work in shift operation (including night and weekend services) and contribute flexibly to the team What you bring A completed Kauffrau/Mann EFZ training (or similar e.g. MPA EFZ) and several years of experience Ideally experience in the healthcare sector and a service-oriented company.
