The Operations Managers of the Kantonale Notrufzentrale (KNZ) ensure rapid, networked assistance from all emergency services. They are aided by state-of-the-art dispatch systems and communication tools.

To complete our team, we are looking for, by arrangement, a

Your main tasks

• Receipt and processing of incoming emergency calls and other reports
• Management of operations in the 1st phase
• Taking necessary and appropriate (immediate) measures
• Summoning during incident management and coordination of emergency forces
• Logging case-relevant events
• Performing shift and on-call duty

Your profile

• Police officer with federal expert certificate
• several years of police professional experience
• Resilience and high concentration ability, even in hectic situations
• Rapid comprehension, networked thinking and acting
• Quality-conscious and efficient way of working
• Decisiveness
• Teamwork skills and high social competence
• Precise oral expression
• Skillful handling and affinity with digital work tools
