Your tasks:

• Organization and preparation of the operating room according to the requirements of the respective surgical procedures
• Close cooperation with surgeons, anesthetists and the OR nursing team for the optimal execution of operations
• Support of the OR team during the entire procedure, including sterile instrumentation and relief duties
• Responsibility for complete documentation of the OR processes as well as the recording of materials and devices used
• Professional cleaning, disinfection and sterilization of instruments and devices in compliance with all hygiene guidelines
• Participation in internal training, case discussions and continuous improvement of the OR processes

Your profile:

• Completed training as Specialist in Operating Room Technology HF or Dipl. Nurse FA OP with SRK recognition
• Experience in an OR area with high quality standards
• Ability to adapt flexibly to different specialist areas and operative requirements
• High resilience and stress resistance in emergencies and unforeseen situations
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation with different specialist areas
• Very good German skills, further language skills are an advantage
