What you will move as a Modeller with us:

You support our project managers in the successful implementation of exciting laboratory projects. In doing so, you take responsibility for your work packages, contribute your own ideas, and together with us, shape innovative and sustainable solutions.

• You develop the layouts for the laboratory worlds of tomorrow and successfully bring innovative concepts into implementation
• In dialogue with the users, you develop laboratory environments together with the project management and translate requirements into practical solutions
• Creation and attribution of Revit models
• Participation in and coordination of CAD/BIM models
• Close cooperation with project management and specialist planners during the project design and execution planning phases
• Ensuring compliance with standards and quality requirements
• Supporting the project management in planning, organization, and controlling

This is how you fit with us:

• Training as a Zeichner:in EFZ, Interior Architect, or a comparable qualification
• Advanced Revit/AutoCAD knowledge
• Proficient German in speaking and writing
• English skills are an advantage
• Networked thinking, high level of initiative, and responsible action
• Good to very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
• Technical understanding of architecture and building services

Ideally, you also bring:

• Knowledge in BIM competencies that we can build upon
