We are currently looking for a:

CN Night Shift Regulator

Your responsibilities

You ensure the adjustment, monitoring and optimization of production on 5-axis CNC machining centers,
You actively contribute to the performance of the workshop while respecting the quality requirements specific to high-end watchmaking,
Perform complete adjustments and start-ups on 5-axis CNC machining centers (turning and milling),
Ensure the launch and monitoring of production during night shifts,
Carry out the loading of production series (around 50% of working time),
Monitor the proper execution of machining operations and intervene in case of drift or incident,
Perform dimensional and aesthetic checks of parts using conventional and specific measuring tools (Marcel Aubert, DEA, manual instruments, etc.),
Guarantee the conformity of products according to the company's quality standards and the requirements of high-end watchmaking,
Ensure the traceability of operations performed and the updating of production follow-up documents,
Participate in the continuous improvement of machining processes and the optimization of production performance,
Collaborate closely with production, quality and methods teams.

Your profile

Holder of a CFC in polymechanics, production mechanic or equivalent training,
Confirmed experience in adjusting 5-axis CNC machining centers,
Excellent knowledge of watch case machining, ideally in precious materials,
Mastery of turning and milling techniques,
Good knowledge of dimensional control means and reading of plans,
Ability to work autonomously and rigorously,
Keen sense of quality, precision and detail,
Team spirit, reactivity and sense of responsibility,
