Ward Manager Nursing Klinik Luzern

For a renowned clinic in Luzern, we are looking for a Ward Manager Nursing Surgery with a workload of 80 to 100 % to start immediately or by agreement. The surgical ward is in a phase of further development in which processes are being sharpened, roles clarified, and talents are being specifically developed, and you will actively help shape this change.

What awaits you in this responsible task

• You lead and organize a ward with around 40 employees professionally, personally, and organizationally
• Together with your team, you ensure professional, warm, and high-quality nursing care
• You are present in everyday nursing, support your team professionally, and accompany employees as well as trainees
• You recognize development and optimization potential and actively contribute your ideas to projects and processes
• You help shape the future of nursing, for example, with new concepts or in interprofessional cooperation

What you bring with you

• Degree as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH or dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH with sound acute care experience
• Several years of leadership experience
• Leadership training or willingness to deepen it
• Structured, analytical way of thinking and business understanding
