Your tasks:

• Independent management and coordination of architecture projects in new construction and renovation
• Planning, organization and monitoring of projects from the design phase to completion
• Creation and coordination of project, execution and detail plans
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards, costs and deadlines
• Cooperation with clients, authorities, specialist planners and executing companies
• Coordination and leadership of the involved project teams
• Support of tenders and award procedures
• Conducting project meetings and regular reporting

Your requirement profile:

• Completed studies in architecture (ETH, FH or equivalent training)
• Several years of professional experience in architecture and project management
• Experience in the independent management and coordination of construction projects
• Good knowledge of Swiss building standards and construction regulations
• Confident handling of CAD and common planning programs
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills, teamwork and sense of responsibility
• Organizational skills and high quality orientation
