This is how you shape health with ### • You lead your team of around 12 specialists with clarity and trust • You develop people further and create an environment where performance and innovation go together • You are responsible for our entire Modern Workplace platform - from Windows laptop to M365 and telephone to hybrid work environments • You drive transformation towards cloud, standardization, and automation • You develop collaboration so that it is really lived - not just technically, but in everyday life • You actively bring future topics such as Copilot, AI, and new forms of work into the organization • You ensure that security, compliance, and governance requirements are met • You build sustainable, strategic partnerships and work with strong partners like Microsoft and other providers This characterizes you ### • Computer science degree or comparable experience • Experience in leading teams and transformations • Several years of experience in the Modern Workplace environment (e.g., Windows device staging, M365, collaboration, cloud) is mandatory • Know-how in IT operations, service management (e.g., ITIL), and platform development • Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial vision • Ability to convey complex topics in a understandable and convincing way • Your German is negotiation-secure and you also communicate safely in English Your place of work ### Zürcherstrasse 31, 8401 Winterthur
