Mission
Within the entity in charge of management controlling, you act as a true functional expert to improve the efficiency, reliability, relevance and compliance of financial systems, as well as the statistical and financial data necessary for maintaining cost accounting, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, in particular:
the Passenger Transport Act (« LTV »),
the Ordinance on compensation and presentation of accounts for regional passenger transport (« OITRV »),
the Mobility and Public Transport Act (« LMTP »), which complements the federal law,

Your tasks will be to:
Manage the analytical model: define, understand, maintain the allocation, distribution and imputation logics implemented in the tools to produce cost accounting, ensure that these logics remain consistent and apply the principles of causality, full costs and separation between subsidized sectors;
Understand and control the numerous financial and statistical data flows necessary for the proper functioning of cost accounting, through manual and automatic operations carried out by other company functions;
Lead the analytical conversion of financial accounts: perform the monthly, quarterly and annual closing steps, with the support of Business Management Controlling; support the planning and analysis domain (within Management Controlling) for the analytical version of the forecast, ensure that at the end of each period the cost accounting is indeed equal to the financial accounting;
Exchange with State and Confederation services to understand their expectations and be able to propose to management to translate them correctly into the analytical model;
Ensure the compliance of the analytical model with legal and regulatory requirements (LTV, OITRV, LMTP, etc.) and with the requirements of the sponsors (Confederation, canton, communes);
Ensure the role of key user for one or more of the systems used by Management Controlling: SAP FI, CM, CO, PS, IM, IFA, Timesheet (rights management, training, user acceptance tests, etc.);
Improve performance: lead actions of simplification, standardization and automation of financial systems, guarantee the integration of Finance into system change projects impacting us.
Your profile
You have a Master's degree in finance, economics, data science or training deemed equivalent.
You master the principles and processes of cost accounting, ideally in the public transport sector or in a regulated and subsidized environment.
You have solid knowledge of SAP FI/CO (R/3 or S/4HANA) and interfaces with planning and operating systems (ideally Hastus and Ineo).
You benefit from proven experience in data analysis and are comfortable in complex environments, composed of interconnected systems and data flows.
You know how to document complex processes, popularize technical concepts and formulate relevant recommendations to support decision-making.
You have similar experience within a public, parapublic organization or a structure subject to regulatory requirements regarding cost accounting.
You have already participated in process improvement, automation or system transformation projects.
