Shop Manager (m/f/d) – kybun Joya Gesundheitsschuhe

For our kybun Joya Shop, we are looking for a committed and sales-strong personality with sound experience in retail.

Your tasks
Competent and personal advice for our customers
Active sale of kybun and Joya Gesundheitsschuhe as well as additional products.
Recognizing customer needs and recommending the suitable products
Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
Co-responsibility for achieving sales and turnover targets
Operation of the cash register system
Goods receipt, inventory management and attractive product presentation
Processing of customer inquiries, exchanges and complaints
Support during sales promotions and customer events
Your profile
Completed training in retail or several years of professional experience in sales
Sound experience in personal customer advice and in active sales is mandatory
Enjoyment of consultation-intensive products and direct customer contact
Sales-oriented, independent and reliable way of working
Friendly and professional appearance
Very good German language skills
Good PC user skills
Willingness to work on Saturdays

Experience in shoe, health, sports or consultation-intensive retail is an advantage.
