About us The suiBelag GmbH is a specialized company for floor layers and floor constructions in new and renovation buildings in the Schwyz area and surroundings. We work with cement and calcium sulfate floor layers as well as hard concrete coatings for residential, commercial and industrial buildings according to SIA 252. Your tasks • Preparing the substrate (cleaning, grinding, milling, repairing, sealing against moisture and frost). • Laying floor layers (cement, calcium sulfate/anhydrite, hard concrete) according to plans, standards and manufacturer's instructions. • Installing thermal and impact sound insulation as well as protecting lines (heating, sanitary, electrical). • Producing, mixing and installing mortar/screed masses including hard concrete, machine scraping, smoothing and reworking. • Carrying out spackling, sealing and simple coating work. • Operating, maintaining and performing simple maintenance on conveying and mixing systems as well as other machines (mortar pump, grinding and milling machines). • Ensuring quality, deadlines and workplace safety on the construction site. Your profile • Training as an industrial and floor layer EFZ or several years of professional experience in the field of floor layers/ screed. • Good practice in processing cement, calcium sulfate and hard concrete floors. • Manual skills, physical resilience and reliable working method. • Teamwork, independent work and thinking on the construction site. • Driver's license category B. • Communication in German at construction site level (verbal).
