For our client, we are looking for an IT Supporter to complete the 11-member IT team. As a member of the support team, you will play a decisive role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the IT infrastructure and providing first-class technical support to employees. The company employs 300 people and is located in the Canton of Zug.

• 1st and 2nd-level support
• Hardware and software
• Setting up workstations
• Support with project work
• Creating documentation and instructions

Your Profile ##

• Completed training as an IT specialist with EFZ
• Basic knowledge of networks, operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and Office applications
• Open-minded personality
• Very good German and good English skills
• Driver's license category B
