Night On-Call Employee (approx. 3 - 4 nights per month)

The implementation of the UN CRPD in the institutional framework guides our actions and deeds.   To complement our Wohnen *at the locations Aarau AND Kölliken* we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, an Night On-Call Employee (approx. 3 - 4 nights per month) Your tasks: • Individual accompaniment and support of the clients in the residential area in the evening and if necessary during the night • Administration of reserve medication • Assistance and support to the clients in emergency situations • Alerting external medical specialists, the fire department or other external specialists in emergency situations   Your profile: • You are an enterprising, responsible and team-oriented personality • You bring experience in working with people with mental impairments • Ideally, you have professional training in the social or nursing field • You are ready to take on responsibility • You are an independent, resilient, empathetic and communicative personality A lively and varied task awaits you in a collegial, committed team.
