Service Technician / Field Service Engineer 100% (Suisse romande)

Your missions

• Complete management of fluids at contract customers: control, maintenance, filling, replacement and documentation
• Organization of service logistics and fluid disposal
• Analysis and resolution of problems on site
• Support for the sales team and participation in trade fairs

Required skills

• CFC in mechanics or machining (polymechanic, mechanic, turner or similar)
• Practical experience in production or in a workshop
• Fluent French, main working language
• MS Office knowledge (Excel, Outlook)
• Autonomy, organizational skills and customer orientation
• Availability for approx. 80% travel, driving license B

Desired skills

• German (strong asset)
• Experience in technical service or after-sales service
• Knowledge of CNC machines or machining
• Experience with lubricants or cutting fluids
• Forklift license
