Responsibilities

• you manage the preparation and setup of the specialties offered within the Moitié Moitié pop-up restaurant, respecting the culinary identity of the establishment
• you supervise the preparation of fondues and various garnishes, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance with recipes
• you establish a precise and careful mise en place to guarantee fluid service and a quality culinary experience
• you manage your station with rigor, efficiency, and anticipation, in close collaboration with the entire kitchen team
• you supervise the quality of the products and ensure compliance with Lausanne Palace standards at every stage of preparation
• you carry out preparations in compliance with technical sheets, quantities, and prescribed deadlines
• you manage the storage, preservation, and rotation of goods in accordance with hygiene and food safety standards
• you supervise the cleanliness, organization, and perfect condition of your station throughout the service

Profile sought

• you hold a professional training in cooking or have equivalent experience
• you benefit from confirmed experience in cooking, ideally acquired in a hotel, a quality restaurant, or a high-end establishment
• you master the fundamentals of cooking and have a genuine interest in local products and Swiss specialties
• you are sensitive to product quality, the precision of preparations, and the consistency of the result on the plate
• you are organized, dynamic, and capable of maintaining a high level of demand in a fast-paced environment
• you enjoy teamwork and share the values of excellence, conviviality, and generosity that characterize Lausanne Palace
