Your future responsibilities

• You continuously operate, manage, and develop our Windows 11 client platform with Config Manager and Microsoft Intune.
• You plan, package, test, and deploy software solutions efficiently and reliably.
• You automate processes with PowerShell and actively contribute to the standardization and optimization of our procedures.
• You build client infrastructures, operate them, and carry out migrations as well as evolutions.
• You support our employees with 1st and 2nd level support and ensure rapid, solution-oriented handling of incidents.
• You actively participate in ITIL processes (incident, change, production, problem, configuration, and capacity management).
• You assist the business with competence on matters relating to servers and databases.

Your skills and aptitudes

• You have training as a platform developer, CFC computer scientist, or a comparable qualification in the IT field.
• You are passionate about modern workstation technologies and follow trends and evolutions in the client field with interest.
• You enjoy working in a team, are flexible, and appreciate an open and collaborative way of working.
• You think analytically and systemically, grasp complex situations quickly, and develop sustainable solutions.
• You convince through a structured way of working, great autonomy, and a strong problem-solving capacity, even in demanding situations.
• You have initial experience in team management and the motivation to assume responsibilities in a leadership role.
• You take charge of platform-related topics and proactively drive automations.
• You communicate clearly, appropriately to your interlocutor, and service-oriented with various stakeholders.

Languages

Fluent command of German or French, both spoken and written. As well as perfect command of the other language for negotiation.
