Nursing Assistant CDD at 60%

La Résidence Le Castel SA, a semi-private medical and social establishment located in Saint-Blaise (NE) and subject to the CCT Santé 21, is hiring a nursing assistant in CDD, at 60%, to complete its care team. Your missions: • Ensure hygiene and comfort care, • Monitor vital signs, • Participate in the feeding and rehydration of residents, • Accompany displacements, walking and transfers, • Disinfect, clean and store care equipment and auxiliary means, including their management. Working conditions: • Fixed-term contract (CDD), • Activity rate: 60%, • 100% schedule: 41 hours per week / 8h15 per day, spread over 5 days, • Work with variable schedules, including weekends and holidays (no night work). Sought profile: • Very good command of French spoken; good command of French written, • Ease in team work, autonomy and stress resistance, • Flexibility in schedule, . The Croix-Rouge auxiliary certificate is an asset.
