• 13 July 2026 • 80 - 100% • Indefinite duration • French (Fluent) • 1204 Genève • Log in to see the jobup.ch salary estimate *Dynamic Geneva notary office is looking for a/an clerk/jurist of Swiss law to provide support to its activity.* *In close collaboration with the notary in the management of current deeds, the candidate will be required to autonomously draft administrative and legal deeds and documents according to the instructions of the notary or stakeholders in the field of real estate and companies.* Job responsibilities: • You proceed with the constitution and follow-up of files in their entirety; • You are responsible for preparing deeds by gathering administrative, technical, and legal documents in the commercial field of companies and real estate; • You will be required to ensure telephone follow-up and correspondence with clientele. Requirements: • You have professional experience within a notary office in Switzerland, mainly in the field of real estate and companies; • You have a master's degree in Swiss law issued by a Swiss University; • Native French speaker, you speak English (B2 minimum); • Excellent spelling and writing skills; • For confidentiality reasons related to the activity, you are domiciled in Switzerland. • Great flexibility and good stress management.
