As a premium service provider, we are also active in the planning and consulting of solar systems. We are looking for immediate start or by arrangement: Operational Product Manager / operational Product Manager 80 - 100 % (m/f/d) Main tasks: Operational product management: Support in the introduction of new products (new product process, go-to-market checklists). Maintenance and updating of product information on website, in catalogs and sales documents. Processing of technical and product-related inquiries from sales. Sales support for technical or product-related inquiries from customers. Collaboration in the cleaning and structuring of the assortment. Assistance with administrative tasks of product management. Close cooperation with purchasing, sales and product management. Article & master data management: Creation, maintenance and quality assurance of article master data in the ERP system. Coordination of new article creation processes in coordination with purchasing and suppliers. Ensuring data completeness and consistency incl. images, data sheets and product descriptions. Maintenance of product categories, assortment structures and PV-specific attributes. Sales price setting: Calculation and maintenance of sales prices based on landed costs or purchase prices, target margins and market prices. Regular price review and adjustment in case of supplier or market price changes. Maintenance of price lists as well as customer group- or channel-specific condition structures. Monitoring of market prices in the PV market and derivation of recommendations for action. Reporting & quality assurance: Creation of regular reports on price levels, data completeness and assortment changes. Independent identification and rectification of data errors and process breaks. Collaboration in the further development of processes and tools in the area of product data management. What do you bring with you: You have successfully completed your basic training in electrical installation / building technology planning or similar. A further education in the field of product management or technical-commercial field. Experience with ERP systems and master data maintenance (e.g. SAP, Dynamics,). Basic knowledge in the field of photovoltaics / solar technology (or willingness to acquire this). Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel. Very good German skills in speaking and writing; English skills (at least B2 level or similar) and French skills are an advantage.
