Lead and take responsibility for the assigned objects in organizational, technical, and personnel matters, and ensure the relevant processes within your area of responsibility in both ordinary and extraordinary situations

• Ensure the required operational and deployment readiness of special objects and systems of higher military and civil command in terms of quality and quantity
• Ensure deployment planning including on-call organization and armed service, as well as provide training for the benefit of the troops and third parties
• Accompany construction projects in the role of the operator
• Undertake the deputy role of the Head during their absences

What makes you unique

• Completed technical vocational training with further training, e.g., as a Head of Facility Management and Maintenance, NDS-Business Administration, or equivalent training (diploma)
• Specialist with several years of leadership experience; ideally already many years of experience in the field of maintenance as well as the provision and operation of complex infrastructures
• Strong leadership skills and suitability as an instructor; good communication skills with team spirit and assertiveness as well as a high sense of responsibility, whereby experience in the field of construction projects is desirable
• Basic training in the field of fire brigade/respiratory protection desirable
• Readiness for on-call and armed service
• Readiness to work a high proportion of working time during the day
