The Procurement + Logistics (B&L) area sees itself as a service provider that ensures the optimal supply and cost-effective procurement of the required materials, services, and goods. In this way, it is an important interface to suppliers and makes an essential contribution to the supply security of the hospital.

What awaits you

• You are responsible for incoming and outgoing goods as well as the picking and provision of all goods for the supply of 4 hospitals
• You receive the goods, perform proper quality and quantity control, book and supply the goods to the correct storage location
• You pick orders using mobile data capture devices and thus ensure that every customer is served with the correct goods and quantities
• You are responsible for inventory activities, controls, as well as the processing of return shipments, Q-reports, and complaints
• You additionally perform tasks for warehouse management, as well as cleaning of warehouse and transport containers
• You work in daily operations between 06:00 and 17:00, and in exceptional cases, it is possible for you to perform Saturday shifts

What you bring with you

• You have completed training as a Logistiker:in EFZ, preferably from industry, and possess a category B driver's license, as well as good SAP/R3 and PC Office user knowledge
• You value supportive teamwork, bring initiative, and an independent, reliable way of working
• You are flexible and can be used polyvalently (WE/WA, picking, modular cabinet logistics) and possess a high capacity for concentration
• High sense of responsibility and quality, as well as a good sense of order, round off your profile
• Very good German language skills, both oral and written, are required
• You enjoy training apprentices or new employees
