What you drive * Lead a practice in a tandem and take on professional, economic, and personnel responsibility. * Shape the psychotherapeutic care at the location and ensure a high quality of treatment. * Support psychotherapists in training on their way and promote their development. * Accompany your patients in outpatient psychotherapy - flexible in time and location. * Determine your patients yourself and develop individual therapy plans.
