As a bridge between civil society and the company SRF, we are committed to the media service public in our region. We organize events, promote dialogue between the public, politics, and media, and advocate for independent journalism in media policy. Do you want to actively help shape the future of our cooperative with a dedicated board? In our office, you can expect a varied task with a large scope for design - right in the middle of social discourse, close to media, politics, and the public. You will act in a small office with a lot of personal responsibility - but in direct proximity to SRG or SRF and their changing structures. This is your contribution #### • You lead the office of SRG BE FR VS with a deputy and work closely with the presidency to ensure the operational business and strategic further development of the cooperative. • You prepare the board's business, actively coordinate its implementation, look after the cooperative members, and design and organize events as well as the general meeting. • You plan and design communication and public relations with and ensure their publication. • You are responsible for the budget, accounting, and annual financial statements and ensure cooperation with SRG bodies and SRF. This is what you bring #### • You have a higher education degree or professional experience and bring experience in project management, event organization, communication, and administrative tasks. • Knowledge of finance and leadership is a plus. • You are a communicative and initiative person with organizational talent and pleasure in dealing with different people and stakeholder groups. • You are interested in social issues and the media service public, think strategically, and move with openness in existing as well as changing structures.
