Service Assistant (restaurant)

The employer is looking for a: Buffet employee / dishwasher 100% (m/f/d) (reported profession) Tasks: • opening the Restaurant and preparation of breakfast buffet and outdoor lounge • setting terrace tables when necessary • service and replenishment of breakfast buffet and cleaning • beverage buffet service during dinner, cleaning and tidying glasses • helping service when necessary Main tasks as a substitute dishwasher: • washing dishes, washing and polishing cutlery • dishwasher machine washing • helping to fill the breakfast buffet and helping to dismantle • helping with Buffet service when needed • supporting service staff when needed • cleaning changing rooms and staff canteen • floor cleaning • any daily cleaning Requirements: • at least 3 years of previous experience in the sector • ability to work in a team • ability to solve problems under stress • excellent organizational, communicative and interpersonal skills • availability and flexibility in working hours • basic knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of German • driving license cat.B Employment details: • workplace Brissago • 100 % occupation • employment from 01.08.2026 or to be agreed, fixed-term until 31.10.2026 • shift work, Sunday and holiday work • salary remuneration based on the CCNL of the sector Complete applications are to be sent via email to the following email address: application+job+21c31tmt@mail.onlyfy.jobs
