Service Assistance BMW 40 - 60 % (m/w/d) Your main tasks: • Receiving customer requests for workshop appointments & sales and assigning them according to priority of the service to be performed, if necessary in consultation with the service advisors. • Managing appointment scheduling with time-delayed consultation appointments, if necessary in agreement with the service advisors. • Constantly reconciling the current workshop capacity and maintenance in the appointment scheduling system in agreement with the workshop manager and the service advisors. • Ensuring customer mobility. • Managing replacement/rental vehicles for the customer. • Initiating the check of parts availability for non-available parts already when making the appointment. • Processing the list of «ordered parts» with customer appointment agreement. • Preparing the vehicle file or history. • Individual support of service customers. • Providing price information for telephone inquiries. • Carrying out any necessary callbacks to the customer. • Processing warranty and case work. • Carrying out the telephone service for the service department. • Conducting complaints conversations with customers and possibly forwarding them to GL. • Managing the cash desk and invoicing Express Service orders in cooperation with the mechanic. • Marketing. • Customer support in the waiting area. • Cafeteria support Your qualifications: • Secondary school diploma • Completed commercial and/or technical training • IT skills (Office) • Driver's license class B • Product knowledge and basic knowledge of vehicles • Good knowledge of the car dealership business • Knowledge of the BMW brand desired We offer you: • Varied activity with high personal responsibility • Pleasant working climate due to a long-standing team of employees and a fair management style • Modern infrastructure • Interesting internal further training opportunities About ag hägendorf As a down-to-earth, established family business, our honest and reliable employees put a lot of heart and soul into their work.
