For our site in Saint-Prex (VD), we are looking for an: IT Referent Manager / System Engineer ### Your responsibilities ### \- IT Referent Manager ### • Technical support to IT teams • Manage and plan resources for clients • Technical follow-up of clients • Reactivity for client & cloud specialists • Technological monitoring • Lead teams with the support of a technical point of contact per sector • Verification of client billing • Welcoming and training employees • Follow-up of training and coaching of employees \- System Engineer ### • Design and installation of IT parks for 10 - 500 users • Management of level 2-3 incidents • Management and administration of MDM & RMM systems • Deployment of Cloud environments • Configuration and management of Firewalls • Implementation of infrastructure projects using Microsoft, VMware, Apple, and Hyper V technology • Configuration and management of backup systems • Configuration and management of switches and routers • Configuration and management of NAS and SAN storage (iSCSI, FC) • Audit and documentation of IT parks Your profile ### • You hold at least an IT ES technician diploma or equivalent • Ability to manage an IT project from its inception to its delivery • Resistant to stress, you know how to manage priorities and you are flexible • Customer service and speed of execution are your strengths thanks to your rigor, your organization, your proactivity, and your excellent communication skills • You enjoy teamwork, you have natural leadership • Native French speaker, knowledge of English and German: a plus • Natural curiosity regarding technological evolution • Driver's license indispensable Experience ### • 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar position • Mastery of VMWARE, Veeam, Windows Server, Exchange • Solid knowledge: switching (Layer 2&3), Firewall (UTM), SAN Storage (iSCSI, FC) Additional assets ### • Experience in Cloud, Office 365 deployments, - • Skills in HA, security, scripting, monitoring, ... • Knowledge of Dell Technologies product lines • Understanding of VoIP & SIP protocols We offer you ### • A modern and pleasant working environment, with cutting-edge equipment • A stimulating and varied permanent position (CDI), within a dynamic, committed, and passionate team • A collaborative spirit, based on mutual aid and the sharing of skills • Exposure to a wide portfolio of clients Benefits ### • 5 weeks of vacation • Extra minutes allowing for the compensation of non-official public holidays in the canton of the workplace as well as bridge days • Improved occupational pension plan (LPP), exceeding legal standards Interested?
