Employee Asylum Support (80-100 %)

Immediately or by arrangement we are looking for you as

Your tasks

• Independent management of the reception and telephone service
• Contact person for asylum seekers and refugees, ensuring communication and orientation
• Reliable event reporting, journal keeping or reporting
• Performance of 7/24h in shift operation with supplement payment and willingness to perform assignments in various cantonal accommodations if required
• Active promotion of respectful and peaceful interaction in the accommodation as well as initial integration steps
• Ensuring safety for the public, the employees, and the asylum seekers and refugees
• Intervention in conflicts and crisis intervention through de-escalation, taking self-protection into account
• Compliance with and implementation of house rules and other specifications, especially in the areas of safety and hygiene through rounds, conversations, and controls
• Carrying out cleaning work in protected areas

Your profile

• Apprenticeship or equivalent training of at least 3-4 years
• Subject-specific further training
• Good IT application skills (Word, Excel)
• 3 years of professional experience
• Loyalty and transparency
• Respect for human dignity and integrity regardless of origin, religion or gender etc.
• Maintaining professional closeness and distance
• Good oral and written German skills (at least level B2)
• English skills
• Other foreign language skills are an advantage
