For one of our clients, a human-sized industrial company located in Valais, we are looking for a Maintenance Manager / Electrotechnics.
You like to understand why an installation stops, find the cause of a breakdown and implement sustainable solutions? Do you wish to maintain real proximity to the field while participating in the improvement of the installations?
For this position, we are primarily looking for a bilingual French–German profile with solid expertise in electrotechnics.

Your missions

• Ensure the electrotechnical monitoring of production installations
• Analyze and resolve electrical breakdowns
• Support maintenance teams in the diagnosis and repair of equipment
• Improve the availability of installations and reduce downtime
• Perform root cause analyses during recurring breakdowns
• Plan preventive and conditional maintenance
• Coordinate external electrical companies
• Guarantee compliance with electrotechnical standards and safety rules
• Organize safety checks and electrical inspections
• Participate in risk analyses and the development of safety concepts
• Participate in production optimization and continuous improvement projects
• Train and support production and maintenance teams

Your profile

• Higher education in electrotechnics, ideally HES engineer or training deemed equivalent
• Experience in maintenance, electrotechnics or industrial installations
• Solid skills in electrical diagnosis and troubleshooting
• Good knowledge of electrotechnical safety standards and requirements
• Autonomy, analytical capacity and a taste for the field
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to transmit knowledge
• Fluent French and bilingual German or minimum C1 level
• English constitutes an additional asset
