Certified Nurse HF/FH 60%

These are your tasks

• Care and support of people with dementia in an old-age psychiatric setting within the framework of the corresponding competence level of the Skill & Grade Mix
• Design and management of the nursing process in key worker work with patients, relatives, as well as internal and external specialists
• Execution of milieu and nursing therapy work
• Cooperation with relatives within the framework of family-centered care
• Acting in psychiatric and somatic emergency situations
• Co-design and implementation of change processes

What you bring with you

• Professional experience in psychiatry, somatics and/or the geriatric field
• Sound experience as well as enjoyment in dealing with people with dementia
• High professional, social and personal competence and a structured way of working
• Willingness to support change processes, to engage with new things and to actively help shape changes
• CAS in Gerontology or the willingness to complete one
• Good German and IT skills
• For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
