Reception Clerk (m/f), workload 100% Your tasks As the first point of contact for visitors, you represent our company to the outside world. You ensure a smooth process at the reception, support internal teams, and contribute to a pleasant atmosphere with your friendly manner. In this versatile role, you handle the processing of incoming and outgoing mail and ensure that our meeting rooms are always prepared for visitors. You welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner and operate the telephone switchboard with a high level of service orientation. Additionally, you take care of the maintenance of the cafeteria infrastructure and support our apprentices during their assignments at the reception. Ordering office supplies and other consumables is also part of your area of responsibility. What you bring You have completed a basic commercial training and already have experience in a comparable role. You have a strong understanding of service and always present yourself in a polished and professional manner. Your structured and organized way of working enables you to maintain an overview even in hectic situations and to complete tasks reliably and independently. At the same time, you value constructive cooperation within the team and take responsibility in your area of tasks. You have good knowledge of the Office programs and speak ösisch.
