Die Schenkung Dapples is an open, diverse, forward-looking institution in the city of Zürich. The modular offer for our youths includes vocational preparation, vocational training in six training directions, and various social-pedagogical living forms. In all areas, we work with the methodology of competence orientation (KOSS). With your positive attitude towards young people with different starting points, you succeed easily in building relationships. You enjoy working in a team and are ready to bear co-responsibility for a lively, demanding field of work. In dealing with our youths and their families of origin, you distinguish yourself through flexibility, perseverance, and a pinch of serenity. In addition, you possess a stylish oral and written manner of expression. You have already gathered some experience and, ideally, are at least 25 years old. We offer you a varied and exciting workplace with scope for action and design in a committed, experienced, and collegial five-person team. Our various interdisciplinary work areas work closely together, and with common internal and external continuing education, we promote professional development.
