In this exciting role, you will take charge of primarily Swiss and international client portfolios, particularly in the field of the watchmaking industry. You will operate at the interface between the client and production: With our specialists in production, quality assurance, planning, and purchasing, you translate client needs into products suitable for manufacturing. You develop competitive offers and negotiate them with skill. Do you have a team spirit and do you like building lasting relationships? Your tasks: • Follow-up and development of existing client relationships • Market prospecting and acquisition of new clients • Processing requests and developing offers • Development of the manufacturing process for components requested by clients • Processing client orders and subcontracting orders (external special operations) • Management of items in our ERP • Support to the quality department during client complaints • Participation in certain technical trade fairs Your profile: • Autonomous and responsible personality, enthusiastic in communication with clients • Several years of experience in sales within the subcontracting industry • Basic technical training and affinity for the watchmaking industry • Experience in the manufacturing and/or dimensional control of precision components, an asset • French native language, mastery of German and English at negotiation level • Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office We offer you an in-depth introduction as well as modern working and commitment conditions.
