Your tasks Telephone consultation of patients regarding health questions Professional, competent and customer-oriented support on the telephone Conducting anamneses and initial medical triage to the medical team Complete and precise documentation of the conversations and consultations Interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors as well as external service providers Active participation in the further development of services and processes Collaboration in self-organized teams with high personal responsibility Your profile Completed training as: Medical Practice Assistant / Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) Pharma-Assistant / Pharma-Assistant Nursing Specialist DN II or HF Specialist Health / Specialist Health (FaGe) with several years of experience in the acute sector Professional experience in direct patient contact and good German and French skills Enjoyment of working with modern communication and information systems Social competence, empathy, teamwork and initiative Enjoyment of independent work as well as active participation in the design of processes Readiness to work in shift operation (24/7) Quick comprehension, flexibility and resilience A varied and responsible task awaits you with a high degree of personal responsibility, 40-hour week and at least five weeks of vacation.
