Head of Finance incl. Personnel / Services of SNG Luzern You are the financial conscience and at the same time the contact person for IT and personnel topics – an exciting task awaits you! Our client is SNG, St. Niklausen Schiffgesellschaft, with a location in a prime location in Luzern, with around 50 employees. It is the competent partner for the sale, rental and maintenance of boats and yachts, as well as lake cruises and charter business on Lake Vierwaldstättersee, with a long tradition and strong market positioning. We are now looking for you as a financially and IT-competent person (80 – 100 %) You are primarily responsible in this exciting function, on the one hand, for finance and accounting, including bookkeeping, closing activities according to OR, budgeting, reporting, up to cost accounting and controlling. On the other hand, you are the contact person for all personnel administrative questions as well as topics related to the newly introduced Abacus ERP tool. You set up the reporting and create a dashboard, connected with analyses and conclusions. You will be supported in accounting and personnel matters by one person each. You are in constant exchange with your various contact persons and are an active sparring partner for the area managers, which makes the task very exciting and diverse. You have relevant professional experience in finance and accounting (including closing security / controlling) and are very familiar with Abacus ERP. The basis for this is a business management training and further education (e.g. business economist HF / FH, certified trust expert, accounting certificate, etc.). What is also important to us is your personality: you are characterized by your high service willingness, a high degree of independence, and can and want to get involved in accounting yourself.
