Berne, Switzerland | 100-100% | What you can contribute * Lead the section, both technically and organizationally as well as regarding personnel * Monitor the ex officio instruction procedure and its relevant developments regarding the examination of the right to a pension and the assessment of disability * Collaborate on legislative work, develop directives and respond to parliamentary interventions * Examine the jurisprudence of first and second instance courts relating to procedures and disability assessment, draft legal briefs * Ensure uniform implementation of procedures and pensions within the framework of the AI * Guarantee the uniformity of the fight against insurance fraud in the AI and develop measures against the undue receipt of benefits What makes you unique * University degree in law * Proven experience of several years in leadership roles and aptitude for interdisciplinary collaboration * Sense of commitment, ability to work autonomously, mastery of an official language and ability to communicate fluently in a second * Very good knowledge of social insurance, in particular AI * Political sensitivity and negotiation skills * Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to assert oneself, initiative and flexibility In a few words As head of the Procedures and Pensions section, you manage relations with external executing bodies and benefit providers of the AI system. You are the interlocutor for the AI offices and the SMR for everything concerning pensions and procedures within the AI.
