We are mandated by one of our clients, a recognized and active company in Switzerland, to search for a Socio-educational assistant (ASE) position.

Description du poste ###

• Accompany and support residents in all activities of daily life and during collective events.
• Promote the autonomy of residents and the maintenance of their activities, both personal and domestic (habits, hobbies, etc.).
• Prepare and organize animations adapted to and rewarding for the residents.
• Participate in the arrangement and tidying of the residents' rooms according to their wishes.
• Accompany residents for meals, outings, or their appointments.
• Monitor the general state of the residents (hydration, taking meals, etc.).
• Ensure basic care and hygiene.
• Communicate observations and participate in maintaining the resident's file.
• Work in close collaboration with colleagues from housekeeping and care.
