Tasks

Specifically, your activity includes participation in research, publication, and consulting projects, primarily in the field of intellectual property and competition law, as well as support in teaching and administrative chair activities. In addition to the work at the chair, active participation in URPP (H2R) is mandatory, so a genuine interest in its subject matters should be present.

Profile

You are a highly motivated personality with far above-average academic achievements, interest in and certain prior knowledge of economic law, particularly intellectual property and competition law as well as adjacent legal fields. Excellent command of the German language is mandatory, preferably good English skills are desired, knowledge of French or Italian is welcome. Teamwork skills, flexibility, and independent working are particularly important.

People who have already completed their Master's degree or who will complete it in the first half of 2027 are addressed. Writing a doctoral thesis in the subject area of intellectual property and competition law and in connection with the topics of the URPP (H2R) is under consideration.
