• Diploma as a Pflegefachperson HF/FH or equivalent recognition
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Confidence in nursing assessment
• Spitex experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Driver's license Cat. B
• Good German language skills

Tasks ##

• Independent nursing and care of clients at home
• Planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing process
• Professional assessment of different and more complex nursing situations
• Coordination with relatives, doctors, and other specialist agencies
• Nursing documentation and ensuring nursing quality
