Key Account Manager

An established Swiss company in pharmaceutical wholesale and pharma pre-wholesale is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for the strategic and operational support of pharmacy and drugstore chains as well as other key customers. The client offers efficient and innovative services along the entire pharma supply chain and enables its team with a modern working environment with creative freedom, flexible working hours, and attractive home office possibilities. The position requires several years of key account experience, strong negotiation skills as well as German and very good French skills.

Your tasks

• Successfully implement strategic support of pharmacy and drugstore chains
• Develop, negotiate, and professionally implement individual annual agreements
• Identify growth potential and actively acquire new key customers
• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers at all levels

Your profile

• Key Account Management: Several years of experience in the healthcare sector required
• Language skills: Very good German and very good French skills
• Negotiation skills: Strong negotiation skills and strategic thinking abilities necessary
• Way of working: Independent, structured, and result-oriented with strong communication skills
