Job description:

• Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies according to the SAFe framework (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective, PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt)
• Accompany teams in their agile development and promote their autonomy
• Ensure the correct application of agile methods and practices
• Identify and remove obstacles in order to guarantee the fluidity of work
• Facilitate collaboration between teams, Product Owners, architects, and Epic Owners
• Support Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization
• Contribute to the orchestration of activities within the SAFe structure and collaborate with Release Train Engineers (RTE)
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and collective responsibility
• Foster a climate of trust, cooperation, and performance within the teams

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within an agile environment
• Good knowledge of Scrum and ideally the SAFe framework
• Ability to coach, accompany, and progress teams towards greater autonomy
• Strong sense of priorities and orientation towards value creation
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and active listening skills
• Ability to make decisions and manage complex situations with calmness and pragmatism
• Aptitude for conflict resolution and fostering consensus among stakeholders
• Collaborative leadership based on example rather than hierarchical authority
• Reliable, mature, and solution-oriented personality
• Integrity, transparency, and a high sense of responsibility
• Openness to feedback and willingness for continuous learning
• Ease of working both in a team and independently
• Fluent proficiency in French and English
