Locality Genève Availability Immediately Type Permanent Reference 42139 Published on 23/08/2026 On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Job Description ### • Operation and maintenance of 5-axis CNC grinding machines (Crevoisier C400B, RecoMatic CT501) • Production setup and series startup • Reading of technical drawings and rigorous compliance with manufacturing instructions and process sheets • Loading of parts and production monitoring • Dimensional inspection of parts using measuring instruments (profile projector, micrometer) • Reporting of non-conformities and participation in product quality • Surface preparation on BULA machine, including setup, startup, and quality monitoring • Performance of self-inspections according to internal procedures Profile ### • Training in basic polishing and general mechanics • 5 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in the watchmaking industry • Mastery of CNC grinding, reading of drawings, and control tools • Rigor, professional conscience, and a keen sense of quality • Team spirit and commitment to collective success Direct line 022 318 86 82 CNC Setup Mechanic - 5-axis Grinding Machines M/F / Permanent
